5:45 AM	Shuttles begin to depart hotels
6:00 AM	Participants begin to arrive
6:15 AM	Aerobic warm-up
6:30 AM	5K@ADA starts
6:45 AM	Runners begin to reach finish line and enjoy refreshments
6:50 AM	Top finishers of the run are announced
7:00 AM	Buses begin returning
7:15 AM	Walkers begin to reach finish line and enjoy refreshments
7:20 AM	Top finishers of the walk are announced

Results and photos from the 5K@ADA will be available both online and at the Novo Nordisk booth at 10:00 AM following the event.
