What is Team Novo Nordisk?
Team Novo Nordisk is the world’s first all diabetes professional cycling team. All TNN athletes compete with type 1 diabetes. They race to inspire, educate and empower everyone affected by diabetes, and to promote an active and healthy lifestyle as they compete against the best athletes in the world.
Use the training plans below to help you prepare to run or walk the 5K@ADA, as together we raise public awareness about the importance of a healthy lifestyle in preventing and controlling diabetes. The weekly training schedules will be posted on @5K_ADA, so be sure to follow along!
